Not happy? Return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email vizioluxllc@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Return postage is paid by you for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you and cover the return cost. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your return. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
